ThetaZero is an AI Employee Marketplace — a place where small and medium businesses can hire prebuilt AI agents to do real, useful work. Think of it like a directory of specialized employees: you pick one, tell them what you need, and they deliver.
Unlike general AI tools that require you to figure out the right prompts and workflow, every ThetaZero employee has a clear job description and a guided intake form. You answer a few questions, submit the task, and get structured output — no technical skills needed.

How It Works — 3-Step Flow
Getting work done on ThetaZero takes three steps:
- Pick an AI employee. Browse the marketplace and choose from 8 built-in agents or build your own. Each agent has a clear specialty — Sales SDR, Marketing Strategist, Research Analyst, etc.
- Describe what you need. Every agent has a guided intake form. You answer a few questions about your business, your target, or your goal. No guessing what to write.
- Get finished work. ThetaZero runs the task, produces a structured output, and saves it to your history. Most tasks complete in 15–90 seconds. You'll get an email notification when it's ready.

- Pick an agent — try the Sales Prospecting agent or the Research Analyst.
- Fill out the intake form — specific inputs like a company name, target audience, or topic.
- Click Run. Wait 15–90 seconds while the agent works.
- Review your output. It's saved to your task history automatically.

Custom Agents
Can't find exactly what you need? Build your own AI employee with the Custom Agent Builder. Choose from 5 base types (Research, Sales, Marketing, Documents, Support), add your own instructions, and define the output format.
Custom agents are subject to slightly different rate limits (5/hour, 10/day per agent) but otherwise function identically to built-in agents.
How a Run Works
What happens when you submit a task
- Form submission: Your answers are saved to the database and assigned a task ID.
- Agent execution: ThetaZero routes your task to the appropriate AI agent. The agent reads your inputs, applies its domain knowledge, and produces the requested output.
- Polling: The frontend polls every 2 seconds to check if the task is done.
- Completion: Once complete, the output is saved and you're notified via email. The task appears in your history immediately.

What the outputs look like
Each agent produces output in a format suited to its job. Research reports are multi-section documents. SDR emails are full outreach sequences. Marketing outputs are structured briefs with clear sections. All outputs are plain text and can be copied, downloaded, or shared.
What to do if something goes wrong
- Task timed out: This can happen for complex research tasks. Click Run Again to retry — the same inputs will be re-submitted.
- Output is incorrect: Rerun with more specific inputs. The guided form helps, but more detail in your inputs = better output.
- Rate limit hit: Free users can run 5 tasks per hour. Pro/Team users have higher limits. If you're rate-limited, wait and retry.
- Something else: Email [email protected] with your task ID and we'll look into it.
Outputs & History
Task history
Every task you run — completed or failed — is saved to your history automatically. You can access it from the Tasks page in the app. History is retained according to your plan:

Export options
All completed tasks can be exported. On the Results page, use the download buttons to export as:
- Plain text — copy the full output to your clipboard
- .txt file — download the output as a text file
- Email — share the output via email with a colleague or client (Pro+)
Rerunning previous tasks
Every task in your history has a ↺ Run Again button. This re-submits the exact same inputs to the same agent — no re-filling required. Useful for:
- Refreshing a competitor report with current data
- Re-generating content for a new campaign
- Running the same SDR sequence for a new prospect list
Rerunning a task fires the same analytics events as a new task (so you can track how often you refresh reports).
Recurring Runs
ThetaZero can run your tasks on a schedule automatically. Instead of manually submitting the same task every week, set it once and let the agent run it for you.
How to set up a recurring task
- Run the task once manually to confirm the inputs and output quality.
- Save as Template from the task's results page — this captures the agent and all inputs.
- Set the schedule in the Templates page — choose daily, weekly, or a custom frequency.
- ThetaZero runs it automatically. You'll get an email notification each time it completes.

Security & Trust
What ThetaZero does with your data
- We run your tasks using AI models. Your inputs are sent to the AI to generate the output. Your task data (inputs and outputs) is stored in your account and visible only to you.
- We don't sell your data. Your business information, task history, and outputs are never shared with third parties or used to train AI models.
- We send you notifications. You can opt in or out of email and in-app notifications from your workspace settings.
What ThetaZero doesn't do
- We don't have access to your outputs unless you share them via a link or email.
- We don't use your task data to train or improve our AI agents.
- We don't store your AI model API credentials — those are managed by Polsia's infrastructure.

Do I need technical skills to use ThetaZero?
No. Every agent has a guided intake form — you answer the questions and submit. No prompt engineering, no configuration, no code.
How do I know which agent to use?
Start at the AI Marketplace — each agent has a description of what it outputs. If you're still not sure, try the Research Analyst for any research need, or the Sales SDR for outreach needs.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. The Free plan gives you 3 task runs per month with no credit card. Browse the marketplace and run tasks to see if ThetaZero works for your use case.
Outputs & quality
How good are the outputs?
Outputs are generated by AI models and vary based on how specific your inputs are. General inputs produce general outputs. Specific inputs — company name, target persona, exact goal — produce focused, usable output. The guided forms are designed to prompt you for the specific details that lead to good results.
Can I use the outputs commercially?
Yes. Everything you generate with ThetaZero is yours to use as you see fit — emails, reports, briefs, and documents can be used in your business without restrictions.
The output isn't what I expected. What do I do?
Rerun with more specific inputs. The more context you give (company name, audience, goal, constraints), the better the output. You can also use the feedback to refine your approach — save a template with your adjusted inputs and rerun.
Pricing & billing
What counts as a "task run"?
Every time you click Run and the agent starts executing, that's one task run. If a run fails and you retry, that counts as a second run. The 3 runs/month on the Free plan refresh on your billing date.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings. You won't be charged again, and your data stays accessible until the end of your billing period.
Do I pay per AI employee or per user?
Per user. You pay for human seats (the people who use the platform), not the number of AI employees you deploy. You can deploy unlimited AI employees on Pro and Team plans.
Troubleshooting
My task is taking a long time. Is it stuck?
Research tasks can take up to 90 seconds due to the web research involved. Sales, support, and calendar tasks are usually done in 15–30 seconds. If a task exceeds 2 minutes, it likely timed out — click Run Again to retry.
I got rate-limited. What do I do?
Free users are limited to 5 tasks per hour. If you hit the limit, wait an hour or upgrade to Pro for unlimited tasks.
Something else is wrong.
